Arka Sengupta – President/Executive Producer
Arka has worked in the Web for, literally, as long as there has been a web.  His first job in the Internet was in April of 1995, a few months after Netscape launched its first web browser.  He has extensive experience as an interactive strategist and in the online and traditional marketing space, where he spent the first decade of his professional career. He has been producing content for over 10 years.

Arka has served as executive producer for some of the largest branded entertainment projects on TV.  His content has aired on a variety of networks including Comedy Central, Spike, MTV and Sundance Channel among others.  He has developed, produced and directed content a variety of brands including Subway, Smirnoff, Flip, and Sony. Recently he executive produced Nightlife Exchange Project for Smirnoff and MTV International. He was the producer/director of Fresh Buzz for Subway and SPIKE. He was the writer and producer for InnerView for MTV Digital and was the executive producer for The Bud and Larry Show a pilot for LionsGate.

He is the co-writer of Misfortune, and is the co-writer and director of How to Get Lucky, both scripted single camera sit-com pilots.  He has directed and produced local and national commercials as well as music videos/performances videos for a range of musical talent including BoA, The Heavy, Deluka, Far East Movement, Midnight Masses and others.

Jack Lechner – Executive Producer
Jack works closely with Unrendered, helping to develop and produce its various projects.  Jack Lechner is an independent producer of film and television, and a writer and lyricist, notably for the off-Broadway musical The Kid.

Most recently, he was an executive producer on Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys, produced for Sundance Channel with World of Wonder, which began its second season in November 2011; and the Oscar-nominated Blue Valentine, starring Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams.  Jack was an executive producer on the Oscar-winning documentary The Fog Of War; the Emmy-nominated Left Of The Dial for HBO; Parking Lot, a reality series for Trio; Sunset Daze, produced for WE with Washington Square Films; and the feature documentaries The New Public, Naked On The Inside, Very Young Girls, and Smile ‘Til It Hurts: The Up With People Story.  He was a producer on the pilot for Mad Men, the Emmy-winning AMC drama series; and Shots In The Dark, a documentary for Court TV and Channel 4.  He is currently developing several feature films, TV series, and documentaries, with partners including Wayne Wang (The Joy Luck Club), Sarah Radclyffe (My Beautiful Laundrette), and Hilary Swank (Amelia).

Jack was previously EVP for Production and Development at Miramax Films where he was closely involved with such movies as Good Will Hunting, Little Voice, The Cider House Rules and Chocolat.  Prior to Miramax, Jack was a VP of original programming at HBO.  Jack was also number two in command at Film Four, the feature film division of UK broadcaster Channel Four where he supervised the development and production of films including The Crying Game, Four Weddings and a Funeral and The Full Monty.

Deepak Masand – Executive Producer, Brand Strategist
Deepak helps transform Unrendered’s content formats into platforms that can help fuel engagement for specific brands.  He also brings a keen brand/CMO perspective to Unrendered’s development process.  He is a seasoned marketer who has 26 years of global, cross-industry experience helping build some of the world’s largest brands.  He was most recently SVP, global head of marketing at Visa, Inc. and prior to that, served as general manager for Pepsi’s natural and organic beverages business.  While at Pepsi, Deepak also created the $1 billion Sierra Mist brand, oversaw the relaunch of Pepsi Max, and engineered a $170 million turnaround of 7Up.  Deepak has also held senior marketing positions at Kraft.
